THE CHALLENGE
Building on the legacy of an iconic Dublin landmark
Set in the heart of Dublin’s thriving docklands with a unique frontage to the Grand Canal Dock, this exciting new landmark development will transform the Dublin skyline and surrounding urban landscape, taking its place as the city’s most prestigious new corporate address.
I was tasked with refining and building on some existing brand and visual elements. Working with type designer Bobby Tannam we redrew the logo and created a custom set of numerals for use across all touchpoints.
THE SOLUTION
Reaching new heights in the heart of the docklands
The website needed to be flexible and iterative as the development progressed, with Business and Residential sections coming online at different stages of the build. Large format brochures, hoarding and sales suite were also key outcomes in the project’s success.
What did I do?
Creative Direction, Stake-holder engagement, Brand development, Prototyping & Site Architecture, Naming & Content Design.
